In particular, this standard is universally recognized in the automotive industry and it has been introduced with the aim of increasing the overall ‘quality’ of the entire market throughout the supply chain.

What is IATF 16949? 

This certification consists of the development of a process-oriented Quality Management System. The aim is optimizing it for a continuous improvement, contributing to the prevention of defects and waste in the supply chain. 

We have a customer-oriented approach and, day after day, we work to provide efficient and innovative solutions.   

This certification represents an important acknowledgement for Daken in relation to the ‘Design and manufacture of plastic and steel accessories’ and encourages us to continue striving to better meet our customers’ expectations.   

Reports must relate to certain or suspected illegal conduct, acts or omissions which may damage the integrity or reputation of the company or which may cause damage to the health and safety of employees, persons carrying out activities at Daken and/or the environment and the territory (administrative, accounting, civil and criminal offences) of which one becomes aware through/due to work duties or through the collaboration relationship. Reports must relate to directly observed facts. Reports may also concern violations not yet committed that the reporter reasonably believes could be committed on the basis of concrete elements.

A report can be submitted in the following ways:

• through the HR Factorial software by accessing the complaint section (https://daken.factorial.it/complaints), which also allows anonymous reporting;
• by sending it to the e-mail address m.lorusso@daken.it, with the subject «Whistleblowing»;
• by post, in which case, in order to benefit from the guarantee of confidentiality, the report must be placed in a sealed envelope marked «Confidential/Whistleblowing manager» on the outside;
• using the «Whistleblowing» mailbox located behind reception, also using the format attached to this policy;
• verbally, by means of a statement made and recorded in the minutes during a face-to-face meeting.

Así que, os introducimos Strike: el armario de extintor compacto, prático y esencial, competitivo en el precio, y sobre todo en funcionalidad.

En la categoría  Cerrojos para vehículos comerciales, grande punto de fuerza de la producción de Daken, damos la bienvenida a Blackstone: la síntesis perfecta entre diseño y seguridad.

Sin embargo, no nos hemos parado aquí. Además de una ampliación de la gama de las cajas de herramientas Arka y armarios de extintores Sliden, hemos dado un paso hacia nueva categoría: el nuevísimo freno puerta en plástico Stopper, sólido y ergonómico.

Todas las novedades fueron introducidas en IAA 2018. La manifestación de Hannover fue una grande ocasión para encontrar a nuestros clientes más fieles, a los cuales estamos cordialmente agradecidos por su visita, pero no sólo: funcionó como grande escaparate para el lanzamiento de nuestros nuevos productos, que fueron fuertemente apreciados por el público.

En resumen, nuestras “evolving ideas” se hacen realidad, dando vida a nuevos productos que mantienen la calidad y la experiencia de casa Daken.
