The spring impact buffers have been designed to ensure the shock absorption and the reduction of the friction when the vehicle approaches the loading dock so as to avoid damages to the vehicle.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

Made of galvanized steel, aluminium, nylon and internal springs in polyurethane, they are resistant and easy to install.
The two different dimensions and the two different versions (with or without steel plate) make the buffer suitable for any type of commercial vehicle.

Daken rolling impact buffers protect commercial vehicles from the damages caused by the collision with the loading docks. The innovative roller rolls vertically ensuring the bump absorption, preventing the rubbing of the truck with the loading dock and reducing the deterioration over time.

The product is made of aluminium and nylon, with a polyurethane roll around an aluminium core.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

With the exception of the polyurethane springs, the buffer is mainly made of nylon, a special plastic material that guarantees its perfect functioning and durability.

Thanks to their unique geometry, they allow the absorption of the perpendicular and orthogonal force that is impressed during the collision of the vehicle when approaching the loading docks.

The sphere impact buffer are entirely made of plastic components. They are composed of external spheres in NBR rubber and internal spheres that distribute the forces evenly and ensure maximum efficiency in all working conditions.
