The injection moulding system is the most common technique to realize plastic products.
It enables to get very high quality ranges with a steady standard.
The raw material in grains is melted and injected in the mould with the help of high pressures and temperatures which allow the flowing of the plastic material in the proper section of the mould.
The mould is hydraulically and mechanically kept closed in presses.
An important phase in the processing of the plastic is the cooling phase.
By injection, the cooling phase is properly controlled by a closed circuit obtained inside the mould.
This circuit enables the plastic to cool down quickly, avoiding potential internal tensions.
The injection technique enables to produce items with tight tolerances and guarantees:
